Dilution ratios for roller bottle blends:

Use a humidifier to infuse the air with moisture and soothe dry coughs. Steam followed by cool air will help to soothe the chest and open airways.

Diffuser Essential Blend: 2 drops of Marjoram, and 2 drops of Rosemary (to break up congestion), 1 l drop of Lemon, 2 drops of Peppermint, 2 drops of doTerra's OnGuard, 2 drops Eucalyptus and 2 drops of Melaleuca. You could find these oils here.
